Nordaid vitamin K2+D3 vegan spray helps transport calcium to the bones and prevents its accumulation in the arteries. The spray vitamin is easily absorbed and quickly assimilated, entering the bloodstream immediately through the oral mucosa. Refrain from drinking anything for 15 minutes after spraying.
Unlike capsules, Nordaid spray vitamins do not impose restrictions on when to take them or what other vitamins to avoid, and there’s no need to wait 2 hours after drinking coffee.

NB! Do not open the bottle, it is an airless product! After spraying, avoid drinking for 15 minutes.
When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray under the tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
