Omega-3 fatty acids mainly consist of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), obtained primarily from fish, some seeds, and nuts.
Both EPA and DHA protect the brain from aging and neurodegenerative diseases in their own unique ways. DHA is particularly effective against gum diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, and metabolic syndrome. Omega-3 supplements reduce cortisol levels and stress while enhancing fertility in men.
The human body produces Vitamin D3 through exposure to UV light from the sun. Vitamin D3 is essential for the body to absorb calcium through food and aids in bone mineralization. It also reduces inflammation in the body, modulates cell growth, nerve function, immunity, and glucose metabolism. The presence of fat helps the body absorb D vitamin when taken orally. Vitamin D is associated with cancer prevention, helps prevent seasonal depression, and may contribute to increased strength and muscle mass. While the body can absorb a small amount of Vitamin D through food, other fat-soluble nutrients and fibers may hinder absorption. Additionally, Vitamin D breaks down quickly when exposed to moisture, oxygen, and heat, which can occur during cooking. NB! Do not open the bottle, it is an airless product! After spraying, avoid drinking for 15 minutes.
When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use.
Spray under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
