The beneficial effects are observed when consuming 1.95 mg (one spray) of melatonin just before bedtime. Capsules, on the other hand, pass through the digestive tract and are absorbed in the small intestine, taking a minimum of 30 minutes.
Additionally, melatonin eases subjective complaints related to jet lag.

Adults: One spray before going to sleep under the tongue or inside of the cheek. One spray provides 1 mg of melatonin and 0,25 mg of cannabis oil.

NB! Do not open the bottle, it is an airless product! After spraying, avoid drinking for 15 minutes.
When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Before going to sleep spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
