Return Policy

Purchases from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal for products that have been customized according to the customer’s wishes (added images, text, etc.).

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with additional materials and the shipping package in which it was sent to the Customer. The original packaging must always be opened carefully and without damaging the packaging.

The product to be returned must be without defects, complete, in its original packaging, and free of any signs of use.

We refund the money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them.

In the case of an exchange, a new product will be sent to the Customer as soon as it is available in Bioplanet’s warehouse and the product eligible for exchange is received.

The money is transferred to the same account from which the payment was received by Bioplanet OÜ. The transport costs of returning the Product are borne by the customer.

Bioplanet will cover the transport costs associated with the return only in cases where the product has been damaged in a way that did not result from opening the packaging, or if the wrong product was sent to the Customer.

If it becomes apparent after the return that the return does not comply with the conditions stated in the User Agreement, the money will not be refunded.
