4 sprays contains: KSM-66 Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 250 mg, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) 300 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1,5 mg (107,1%*). Recommended daily dose is 1-4 sprays per day.
