Manganese is an essential trace mineral for our body. It promotes cell protection against oxidative stress and supports normal energy metabolism. Manganese is also crucial for skeletal health and connective tissue formation.

The phytase in Mn1 capsules is produced through natural fermentation. Phytase enzyme breaks down phytic acid found in plant-based foods. Phytic acid is a phosphorus compound abundant in grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Phytic acid helps chelate minerals like iron, selenium, and calcium in seeds or grains, preventing their release until the seed germinates. Therefore, soaking, sprouting, and fermenting are popular methods to reduce phytic acid content. Similarly, the phytase enzyme operates.

The product is packaged in a transparent UV-protected recycled jar, with a recycled metal lid.

Food sources of manganese include cranberries, blueberries, beets, pineapple, and whole grains.
