The original packaging must always be opened carefully and without damaging the packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p>The product to be returned must be without defects, complete, in its original packaging, and free of any signs of use.<\/p>\n\n<p>The refund will be made to the Customer within 30 days from the return of the product.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the case of an exchange, a new product will be sent to the Customer as soon as it is available in Bioplanet&#8217;s warehouse and the product eligible for exchange is received.<meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The refund will be transferred to the same bank account from which the payment was received by Bioplanet O\u00dc.<br\/>The customer covers the transport costs associated with the product return. <\/p>\n\n<p><meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"\/>Bioplanet will cover the transport costs associated with the return only in cases where the product has been damaged in a way that did not result from opening the packaging, or if the wrong product was sent to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<p>If it becomes apparent after the return that the return does not comply with the conditions stated in the User Agreement, the money will not be refunded.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Return Policy Purchases from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
